PRICING

Fees for hiring of facilities is subject to negotiation with the hirer and will depend on the type of activity and the period of time required

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

The Club provides:

• Tables
• Chairs
• Urn for Hot Water
• Bar fridge for water, etc
• Screen and Whiteboard
• AV equipment

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. Alcohol is not to be sold on the premises.
2. Food is not to be prepared in any way within the auditorium or training room.
3. There is NO smoking both with the building or on the adjoining balcony.
4. The hirer is to consult with Café staff (hours of operation are 8.30am to 4.00pm) with a view as to not impacting on their operation.
5. Hirers are to leave the facilities in a similar condition as to how they found them.
6. There is to be no parking in the forecourt or on the lawn in front of the building save for unloading equipment or people.
